Blue Oyster Cult, Motorhead, Nazareth, More Hitting Rock Band Next Week

Another week, another Rock Band DLC announcement. This time around, Harmonix and MTV Games are giving a little love to the old school, with tracks by Blue Oyster Cult, Motorhead, Nazareth, Hawkwind, I Mother Earth and Rage Against the Machine. And yes, “Hair of the Dog” is the song you probably know as “That one song that says, ‘Now you’re messing with a son of a b*tch.’”

Here are the songs:

•         Blue öyster Cult – “Godzilla”
•         Blue Öyster Cult – “Transmaniacon MC”
•         Hawkwind – “Master of the Universe”
•         I Mother Earth – “Levitate”
•         Motörhead – “Killed by Death '08”
•         Nazareth – “Hair of the Dog” (2008 re-recording)
•         Rage Against the Machine – “Bulls on Parade”

Tracks are available individually for $1.99/160 Microsoft Points/200 Wii Points. Lego Rock Band owners are going to have to sit out this week, because the sheer power of these tracks is enough to blow the arms right off your ever-loving minifigs. Or something like that.
