"Bulletstorm" Trademarked By Painkiller Developer

People Can Fly, the Polish developer best known for their work on the rag-doll and impalement heavy Painkiller game, has recently filed a trademark for a new IP. The Epic Games-owned studio has reserved the use of the name "Bulletstorm" for future PC, console, and arcade game releases.

People Can Fly were responsible for the PC port of Epic Game's Gears of War, and were later purchased by the impressed company.
