Red Dead Redemption Trailer Uncovers Every Wagon
In case you haven't noticed, Red Dead Redemption's hype locomotive has left the station and is starting to pick up a nice head of steam. Rockstar Games has been revealing more about the game, including a trickle of screens and a trailer. Rockstar has released a new trailer today, just two weeks after the first one. This one is a bit different, however.
The latest video talks about the actual history from the era in which the game is set and how Rockstar worked to create the game's environments. There are a few shots of some of the game's side missions, including a bronco-busting minigame and a tavern contest where knife-wielding players try to rapidly stab the table through spaces between their splayed fingers. The game's morality system is also highlighted, showing how players can decide to take actions like capturing escaped prisoners and returning them alive for positive reputation points or doing dastardly deeds such as stealing horses or murdering civilians to become notorious.
It's a nice departure from the usual trailers, and is a must-see for anyone interested in the game or westerns in general.
