Age Of Conan Devs Creating Snowboarding MMO

You've explored the vast depths of space in Anarchy Online. You've conquered a vast fantasy world in Age of Conan. You're all ready to uncover ancient legends and conspiracies in Funcom's upcoming MMO The Secret World. What could be next? How about shreddin' some gnar' pow'?

Massively reports that Norwegian developer Funcom has received a grant for more than $250,000 to create a new "extreme sports MMO." Currently titled Board With The World, the new project will focus on snowboarding but may include other extreme sports in the future.

Funcom director of communication Erling Ellingsen explained, "We also want this to be a social world rich with different types of media content and pop-cultural elements such as music, video, and even fashion."
