Zombies, Wolves Hitting Rock Band For Halloween

It’s Friday, which has become the official “What’s coming out for Rock Band next week?” day. If you’ve been paying attention, you probably noticed an abundance of orange and black on store shelves everywhere. Next Saturday is Halloween, and the folks at Harmonix and MTV Games are honoring the holiday with a [scary adjective] song pack for all of you [monster type]s to rock out to.

Music-game vets Rob Zombie and Wolfmother are representing in spades, along with newcomers Liz Phair and Morningwood. Here’s what’s coming out next week:

Rob Zombie Pack 01—Includes the tracks “Burn,” “Dragula” and “Superbeast.” The pack is available for $5.49 (440 Microsoft Points) or as individual tracks for $1.99 (160 Microsoft Points or 200 Wii Points).

Wolfmother Pack 01—Includes the tracks “New Moon Rising,” “Pilgrim,” “Sundial,” “White Unicorn” and “Woman.” The pack is available for $8.49 (680 Microsoft Points) or as individual tracks for $1.99 (160 Microsoft Points or 200 Wii Points).

Liz Phair’s “Rock Me,” is available for $1.99 (160 Microsoft Points or 200 Wii Points) and Morningwood’s “Best of Me,” and “Sugarbaby” are available for $.99 (80 Microsoft Points or 100 Wii Points) per track.
