The World Needs More Jade Empire
Website Strategyinformer.com recently interviewed the team behind Dragon Age: Origins. During the interview Lead Designer Mike Laidlaw talked a lot about the meaning behind the title’s subhead, the game’s console releases, and what the future of the Dragon Age series might look like.
However, fans of some of BioWare’s other projects might be interested in a few statements given near the end of the interview, in which Laidlaw talks about a possible sequel to Jade Empire. While far from an official announcement, Laidlaw said, “Jade Empire is a staff favorite and a lot of us love it, so we’d love to revisit it at some point.”
We’d love to see that as well since BioWare’s love letter to ancient Chinese mythos is also one of our favorites. We’re not alone on this are we?
