MW2 Avatar Clothing On The Way
Sure, owners of the Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Collector’s Edition will have a pair of night vision goggles to keep their heads warm while they play – but what about the digital noggins of their Avatars? Won’t somebody please think of the Avatars?!
A recent tweet from Infinity Ward’s Robert Bowling should put your mind at ease. Responding to a question regarding Avatar rewards (which may or may not show up), Bowling revealed that MW2 Avatar items are in the works, and that, hopefully, some of them will be free. Which is good, considering free is the exact price I’d be willing to pay for Avatar items.
Part of me wants to give Infinity Ward props for its creative marketing tactics, but I still have to wonder if these ridiculous marketing ploys even work. I mean, who in their right mind would buy Modern Warfare 2 themed energy drinks? That would just be…
