Heat Signature's Bone-Chilling Halloween Update
Heat Signature is a very cool, very challenging game about space infiltration, but its temporary Halloween update essentially breaks the game all for the sake of a pun – and it's great.
Today is, unfortunately, the last day the update is available, and it does a few neat things. For one, it removes death. If you die, you turn into a skeleton and you basically live forever. Additionally, ships manned by a skeleton crew are now manned by literal skeletons, and when the ghost clause is present in a mission, you get to be a ghost. You can read more about the update here. It's weird, it's funny, and it essentially breaks the game, and we're okay with that.
