Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens is out this week, giving Star Wars fans a chance to play through the events from the movie. It also plays host to several canonical missions that expand on the film's lore. In this episode, Jeff Cork and Andrew Reiner play through a level that explains how the fierce rathtar creatures ended up on Han and Chewie's freighter. Spoiler: It involves a tiny model of the Millennium Falcon?
As you might expect, TT Fusion strikes a balance between reverence and silliness, highlighting what makes the films and characters so memorable while adding plenty of slapstick moments. The episode highlights some of the access that the studio was able to get, which included rounding up the original cast and getting them to record new dialogue just for the game. Surprisingly enough, Harrison Ford seems into it, too. Acting!
