Fallout 4 is finally out, and some of you may be having some difficulty getting settled in the wasteland. If you need some tips on the settlement building aspect of the game, we have a quick and dirty tutorial video that shows you the basics. This video demonstrates how to create electricity and assign people to tasks. We don't cover supply lines, which requires a perk.
