The Top Two Yarn Characters From E3 2015

by Jeff Marchiafava on Jun 19, 2015 at 03:02 AM

We've combed through all of our extensive E3 coverage to come up with a definitive list of the top characters made of yarn.

From the yarn-ified star of Yoshi's Woolly World to Unravel's Yarny, this list has it all. Read on to see how your favorite E3 2015 yarn characters ranked.

#2: Yoshi (Yoshi's Woolly World)
Mario's adorable sidekick has gotten even more adorable thanks to his recent stringification. Thanks to our hands-on time with Woolly World at Nintendo's booth, we're smitten with this knitten Yoshi – so much so that we don't even feel bad for the poor Nintendo employee who's been stuck endlessly crocheting these priceless plushies for her bosses...

Coming Up Next: See which yarn character takes home the number-one spot on our list...

#1: Yarny (Unravel)
It was a close race, but out of all the yarn-comprised contenders at this year's E3, none of them pulled at our red, woolen heartstrings like Yarny. Whether he was hopping across sunflowers or waterskiing behind what we can only assume was a very confused fish, Yarny's cute factor was through the roof. We can't wait to get wrapped up in more of Yarny's outdoor adventures.
