Replay – Hellnight

by Andrew Reiner on May 02, 2015 at 03:00 AM

Hellnight is a first-person survival-horror game set in the dangerous tunnels of Tokyo at the end of the millennium. If you've never heard of Hellnight, it's probably because it never made its way stateside, releasing only in Japan and Europe. With the help of Replay viewer Hilary Wilton, we got our hands on the European version of the game and wasted no time jumping into it to see what the North American audience missed out on.

It doesn't take us long to get completely wrapped up in this game's horror and science-fiction setting. Tim Turi skillfully navigates subway tunnels, as Jeff Cork, Kyle Hilliard, and yours truly bring the game's characters to life. We spend a good 40 minutes with Hellnight, and walked away wanting to see more from this odd survival-horror title.

After a short break, we return for another segment of You're Doing it Wrong. As you'll see, we may actually be doing it right in a way no one has thought of before. It's an interesting experiment that brings two friends closer than ever.

As always, we hope you enjoy the show! Tell your friends about it, your family, and random people you normally wouldn't talk to. See you next week!
