Suda51 Discusses His Favorite Games Of 2013

by Tim Turi on Mar 18, 2014 at 12:00 PM

Grasshopper Manufacture was kind enough to invite us over to its office during a trip to Tokyo, Japan earlier this year. We sat down to chat with famed game maker, Goichi Suda (a.k.a. Suda51), creator of Killer7 and No More Heroes. Suda reminisces about his favorite games of 2013 and reveals his favorite game of all time. He also looks to the horizon and shares his most-anticipated titles.

In the video below, Suda dives into his surprisingly deep appreciation of Devolver Digital's stylishly violent Hotline Miami. He also explains why Burnout Paradise is his favorite game of all time and why portable gaming isn't his favorite pastime.

Unfortunately, Suda wasn't able to discuss his latest upcoming title, Lily Bergamo. For a little more info on that, check out our previous interview with Suda from TGS 2013.
