Frank O' Connor has spent a lot of time daydreaming about the future of Halo as he transitioned from being a fan to managing the direction of the entire Halo franchise. With Halo 4 marking the beginning of the "Reclaimer Saga," we talked to franchise development director O' Connor about the process of mapping out the next 10 years of the Halo universe.
