GI Editors Face Off In Pinball FX 2

by Jeff Marchiafava on Mar 19, 2012 at 07:41 AM

It's no secret that much of the Game Informer staff loves Pinball FX 2. Thanks to expertly designed gameplay and a notification system that encourages competition, the Pinball FX 2 leaderboards have sparked some long-running rivalries in the GI office. The newest issue of Game Informer has an exclusive first look at Zen Studios' upcoming tables, but if you're new to the game and want to see what all the fuss is about, look no further.

In this video, Jeff Cork and I compete in Pinball FX 2's overlooked splitscreen multiplayer mode, while sharing our pinball strategies and how each of us approaches a new table. We also drastically underestimate how long it will take for one of us to get to 50 million points, so after a while we start chatting about other non-pinball topics, like comics, movies, and fantasy pets. I'm not going to lie, it gets weird. If you want an uncensored look into two editors' pinball-addled minds, however, this is your lucky day.
