Evolve Adds New Monster-Human Hybrid Hunter Next Week
Evolve is getting a brand new Hunter very soon: the hybridized Dr. Kala Kapur. She will be available for download on all platforms and in all territories at some point next week.
Kala is the game’s latest Support character, and is described as “an expert on Monster biology who has spliced their DNA into her own genome in order to control the Monsters’ abilities and use them in battle.” Check out her trailer below.
Her abilities include homing missiles that can double as landmines and teleport pads that can quickly move any Hunter to another point on the map. She also has the Armor Reducer, which eliminates a Monster’s armor until the connecting beam breaks.
Kala will join the other Hunters released as part of the Hunting Season 2 pass, but she can also be purchased individually. She is also included in Evolve’s Ultimate Edition. You can read our review of Evolve here.
