The lights are on
Blizzard is currently sending out Warlords of Draenor beta invites to those who opted in to participate.
If you elected to partake, you can find out more details about how to jump in by heading here. Blizzard is inviting community veterans, press, fansites, friends and family, and opt-in beta testers to join in, so if you fall in any of those categories, check your Battle.net account. The beta focuses on the Tanaan Jungle starting experience, but players will be able to move into Shadowmoon Valley if they're playing Alliance, or Frostfire Ridge if they're playing Horde.
Blizzard also has no NDA on the beta, which means if you get in, you can post images and videos from the game as much as you want.

Our TakeIt's both impressive and surprising that World of Warcraft is going as strong as it is. The game has lost some subscribers over the years, but to still retain the popularity the game commands is a testament to the quality Blizzard is able to deliver. Warlods of Draenor, so far, looks to continue the level of quality Blizzard has been able to maintain.

People give WoW a lot of flak, but it is still very enjoyable
Great, here come all of the "WELcome too teh DRaynor Beta keys, click to claym" emails. It's been the same for every expansion. 80 plus emails a day for fake, poorly written phishing attempts.
I feel like WoW is overall a detriment to MMO growth and ingenuity. Everyone tries to copy this platform to appeal to the lowest common denominator rather than work to evolve.
Guys. Come back to WoW. I did last week after a very long break of 2 or 3 years. The game looks great on Ultra. It's still fun. The world is the most epic world you'll ever see in a game. It's the best MMO. Better then newly realeased WS and ESO.
