The lights are on
[UPDATE] It appears Sony got this one completely wrong.
On the official PlayStation Twitter feed, Sony backpedaled on its previous announcement.
"Yesterday, we incorrectly reported Final Fantasy VI & Chrono Trigger
coming to PSN this Tuesday. They are not. We apologize for the error."
[Thanks, to reader Scott DeRuby for the tip.]

After separate rumors that Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy VI (III in the U.S.) were headed to PlayStation Network, the time has finally come.
Surprisingly, Square Enix is dropping these two SNES-era RPG titans on the very same day. The PSN store usually updates on Tuesday so we should see it then.
This news comes on the heels of Chrono Trigger's confirmation for both iOS and Android phones. There is no release date yet announced for those versions of the game.

Will PSN games be available to play on the Vita?
Mabye Konami will follow suit and release Suikoden 2. Both Chrono and FFVI are great games.

Already have Chrono Trigger on DS - great game, can't believe I missed it during the SNES days
And this will mark the 345th time people have bought Chrono Trigger lol

FINAL FANTASY VI!!!!!! YEEEEEES!!!!!!! AT LONG LAST, I CAN PLAY MY FAVORITE FF GAME ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
I already played Chrono Trigger on SNES, Rom and Playstation and since there are no updates to it I will not buy it again, but if you release Chrono Cross I am down!
Man, Chrono Trigger gets around. It's nice to know that people still appreciate that game.
Im guessing no date on when either. Very disappointing...
TROLLOLOLOLOLed by Sony.
Will this finally mean a new Crono game?
...when everything releases that is...
Everyone always says how good Chrono Trigger is on here, might have to check it out when it comes to iOS, if it's not too much of course.
