Watch A Retro Retelling Of Tekken's Story
Fighting games have a bad reputation when it comes to stories. However, as much as some players try to dismiss them, the narratives in this genre can get surprisingly complicated – especially in long-running series like Tekken.
In advance of the upcoming Tekken 7, Bandai Namco and 8-Bit Cinema have created a video recap (or the first part of one, at least) that runs through the important moments in the early games. Plus, it uses adorable old-school sprites. See if for yourself below:
