Live-Action Trailer Teases Thomas Was Alone Creator's Volume

In an attempt to get ahead of the insanity that is E3, this morning developer Mike Bithell released a treaser trailer for the upcoming Volume.

There is no gameplay to speak of, but the trailer does set up what is, presumably, the game's antagonist corporation Gisborne, with questions like, "Doesn't a military contractor handling England security just make sense?"

You can check out the trailer below.

  • Intriguing, I guess.

  • Ummhh. Interesting.

  • I dont think everyone will sit thru the whole video and actually see the "one second" of worthwhile footage at the very end...

  • Um... I have no idea what that was about, but I respect the devs, so I am pleasantly surprised to hear that they are making another game.

  • His response to this all is priceless:

"lesson learned with the live action Volume teaser: being the only dev silly enough to go noisy today worked. Sometimes, do the silly thing."

    Found that hilarious.

  • Gameplay reminds me of MGS VR missions

  • Thomas is still alone.

  • I didn't like Thomas Was Alone that much, but I might just give this one a try.
