We still have plenty of Legend of Zelda 25th anniversary and Skyward Sword coverage left for this week and next week, but today we decided to spoil you with a screenshot extravaganza. Check out our gallery of over 30 new screens from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.

These screens show off all of the major pieces of Skyward Sword covered in the October issue of Game Informer, including the spooky Silent Realm (pictured above), the Eldin Volcano and Fire Temple locations, dowsing, and more. Take a look below and stay tuned for even more Zelda love tomorrow.

The screen shots look great. I wonder how The Silent Realm will work. I see that link doesn't have his sword or shield in the first screenshot, does that mean he'll be unable to attack?

There are way to many amazing games coming out this year and the next. It's going to take forever to get through them all. At least with Zelda coming out I know where to start.

I am so, so, so excited for Skyward Sword! The new gameplay mechanics sound amazing. :D I'll admit I'm not completely sold on the art style yet, but I'm sure it'll grow on me after I've had some time with the game. After all, I wasn't certain about Wind Waker's look at first either, but it only took a few minutes of playing to decide I adored Toon Link.

I don't know why they don't wait and release this for the WiiU. Because the Wii only runs in 480p, and people would be able to appreciate the art style if they could actually see it.

The more I think about it, the more worried I am about the motion controls. I'd much rather have the traditional controller for a Zelda game. Still, it looks great, and Zelda is Zelda. I can't wait.
