DuckTales: Remastered

Launchpad and Scrooge Go To The Himalayas In Latest Trailer

Life is like a hurricane, even when Launchpad McQuack and Scrooge McDuck visit the snowy peaks of the Himalaya Mountains. In a new trailer for the upcoming DuckTales Remastered, you'll get a look at aggressive hockey players and rampaging mountain goats.

The newly created artwork for the DuckTales update evokes that seen on the cartoon. In addition, you'll see some of the new inclusions, like one of the nephews aiding Scrooge and combat atop Launchpad's plane.

Wayforward's DuckTales Remastered arrives on August 13 for PlayStation 3, PC, and Wii U. A retail release arrives for PlayStation3 online on August 20. The title will be coming to Xbox Live on September 11.

  • I almost forgot about the little caveman duck, too many years have passed and far too much alcohol consumed.
  • I used to watch the cartoons when I was a kid but that was awhile back. Not sure if this is my thing, re-bastardised or not.

Now if they do Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure then I am in.
  • Can't wait to play this for the first time.

  • I still have the original on NES.  I'll pop that in in a  little while...

  • So is the Yeti a level boss?
  • Nostalgia Engine in the red. Abort abort.
  • UGH! When will then be now?
  • Looking really good right now. Love the original and some of WayFoward's stuff. Ill get it digitally, I thought the retail version of just being the case and code is kind of dumb.
  • Hockey players, mountain goats and yetis?

    It's a Duck-Blur!

  • its 11.99 for ps plus members if you preorder on psn today and get a theme for free.

  • Anybody else getting the retail version? As a longtime fan of the show and the game, I want that pin!:)

  • The 13th of August cant come sooner..

  • It's incredibly messed up to hear Launchpad McQuack in 2013, and realize that I'm also listening to Larry from "The Walking Dead."
