You know when the guitars come out in a trailer, you're in for some action-filled gameplay. On that front, this new Devil May Cry trailer does not disappoint.

This new Japanese trailer posted on YouTube by Famitsu gets straight to the point: Don't get in Dante's way, otherwise you'll likely be sliced up or brutalized in a variety of different manners. That being said, the trailer also shows off some of Dante's evades and aerial movement/platforming around levels.

Devil May Cry comes out for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC on January 15.

This just reminded me that I have to play the DMC Collection. I haven't played any games in the series besides an hour of the first DMC and I just could not get into it. I'm actually not looking forward to it but I have to push through it.

Certainly looks a lot more dark and edgy than the previous DMCs, but t looks a lot of fun!

Pumped. I love dmc. Good thing Darksiders comes out soon. I need something to hold me till this comes out next year.

I guess this is appealing to the new generation of gamers... Darksiders II and Metal Gear Rising will have to fill the void, along with GW2. It may not be a true DMC, but it looks okay. I hope people get their money's worth. Look what happened to Ninja Gaiden trying to appeal to a new audience...
