Dishonored 2 To Have No Powers Mode
Creative Director Harvey Smith just revealed in an interview with Geoff Keighley (as well as a series of tweets) that Dishonored 2 will have a No Powers Mode. This will allow players to complete the game without any of The Outsider's powers, forcing them instead to rely on their equipment and wits.

The "Flesh and Steel" appears to be a reference to an achievement for the original game, Mostly Flesh and Steel, awarded to players who used no other power than Blink to get through the story.
