Ratchet & Clank Animated Film Gets Lengthy Trailer
Insomniac’s Ratchet & Clank is headed for a remake early next year on PlayStation 4. Sony is hoping to earn the duo a new audience with the similarly timed release of an animated film.
The Fandango Movieclips channel on YouTube has the first trailer, which sets up the universe in which the pair inhabit. You’ll meet Captain Qwark and the rest of the Galactic Rangers.
You’ll also see a couple of gadgets and weapons from the game. Based on the varied locales in the trailer, the planet-hopping featured in the source material seems to making the transition to the big screen.
