Tony Hawk Reconfirms New Pro Skater Game For 2015 With Valentine's Day Poem

Details are still scarce, but yesterday Tony Hawk reconfirmed he is working on a new Tony Hawk game with a romantic poem and it is coming this year.

Tony Hawk made reference to work on a mobile game early last year announcing it on a Sirius XM radio show. Activision and Tony Hawk on twitter (you can see that tweet below) later expanded that announcement to include console games.

I’m currently working with Activision on a console game for 2015 (along with a new mobile game). I think fans of THPS series will be hyped.

We still don't know if this new Tony Hawk game will represent a new experience for the series, or a traditional one, or for what consoles it will release. That last Tony Hawk game to release was a high definition remake of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and its sequel. You can find our review of that game here. Our Take
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD overall ended up being somewhat of a disappointment, but I still enjoyed getting back on the board. I think the series is due for a full return and I am excited to see what's in store. I just hope it's not a Kinect title. Maybe it will be a Wii U title and you will have to stand on your GamePad laying on the floor?
