The lights are on
Forza Motorsport 5 joins the long list of titles that will be supported post-launch with a season pass. The Forza Car Pass will offer fans a discounted rate (that has yet to be disclosed) for all of the content that will come after the November 22, 2013 launch.
Currently, there are six add-on packs planned with ten cars each. All of the extra cars will offer up the same “Forzavista” experience as those that come on the disc. You’ll be able design and change the livery, walk around the car, start it up, and learn all about its history.
More details are coming in the future, and gearheads should keep a look out for pricing and release pacing information as it’s available. Our TakeSeason passes are becoming all too common, but at least with this one, fans know what they are getting. Unfortunately, it’s hard to gauge the value of these 60 new cars without knowing the price tag. The season pass for Forza Horizon was $49.99, and that covered thirty-six cars (broken up into six packs). Any higher, and we’re looking at post-launch content that fully doubles the price of the base game.

This game is not released yet. no no no... THIS CONSOLE IS NOT RELEASED YET... and we're advertising season passes. Screw publishers.
Lotsa moolah this holiday season to be spent. At least it's cheaper than buying yourself a Mazarati for your real garage, I'll give the game that. . .
They should be adding night time races!
Love me some Forza, but I think their season pass should actually contain new content like night racing or new tracks not just cars. I'll wait to see what they announce before spending any more money...hoping they don't COD the franchise
They just keep repeating the same car packs over and over in each game....I love Forza but it's getting old real fast...I don't need 7 different Liveries for a friggin Ferrari or Corvette.
Since I plan to be playing Forza 5 for the long haul, this 60 car season pass sounds lovely.
I am not a season pass fan, this doesnt change that. Not enough for my money.
This looks like it will very well be the best racing game of all-time. I must buy. It will actually be my first purchase for Xbox One.
Sooo how bout a Forza PC port?
