The lights are on
Vanillaware’s upcoming brawler Dragon’s Crown has already received some fire over its characters’ exaggerated bodies, but here’s some news that’s tough to be upset about: For the first month, the Voice Pack DLC will be completely free.
This content replaces the standard narrator with voices from the game’s six playable characters, each adding his or her own comments to the adventure. After the first month, the Voice Pack will be priced at $1.99.
It’s not a huge bonus, admittedly, but when combined with the already announced pre-order art book, early birds to Dragon’s Crown will come away with a nice collection of free content.
Dragon’s Crown releases on PlayStation 3 and Vita on August 6. For more information, check out our preview of the game.

And here I thought the game wouldn't have enough personality. Is it august yet?
Easily my most anticipated game this year. This is just icing on the cake!
That's good... Not sure if that should even be consider DLC, let alone be charging a fee.
Girl with man's abs, yuck!
You think anybody thinks I'm a failure because I go home to Starla at night? Forget about it!
Day one purchase.
Vanillaware always does style with aplomb, and I've been craving a brawler for a while.
Sweet! Just gives me more cash to spend.
Cool, but lemme get the game itself first lol.
Nice of Atlus to do this ^_^
That's weird dlc
