The lights are on
Even though baseball season has only just begun, it's not too early to start yearning for fall and the return of the NFL. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Madden NFL franchise, and EA has delivered an exclusive Madden NFL 25 screenshot to ESPN.
The image depicts Houston Texan Arian Foster knocking Denver Bronco Von Miller flat on his keister. Along with the visual comes a bit more information about the focus of this year's tweaks. EA Sports is promising that the “run free ball carrier feature” will create a greater sense of precision when in possession of the ball. It will be interesting to see if the team improves on the Connected Careers feature and restores elements lost in last year's iteration.

That screenshot actually looks pretty good. I actually enjoyed Madden 13 so I might actually pick this up.
Madden 13 was the best since 05 on xbox so I can hope this is good. I usually buy every couple of years but this could be great.
Aha, very nice, very nice.
WTH! As a person living in Houston, a HUGE Broncos fan (grew up in Denver as a kid), and an Aggie this picture just hurts. Haha
Madden 13 was okay. They took out some features to put new ones in. But I'm always excited to see what the new Madden's look like.
I just clicked on the screen and saw the screenshot. GREAT GRAPHICS.
I genuinely despised the Menu'd muck that was Madden 13, the play was at least bearable and the play view was awful, I'd much prefer them making the game more involving rather than buried in menu after menu.
I've taken a few years off Madden, after more screens/footage comes out I'll consider this, but the graphics do look great.
Haven't played a Madden game since Madden 11. Got burned out on the repetitiveness of the series having played it every year since Madden 2004 or 2005.
Isn't Arian Foster black? The article they said the picture was on, that they provide the link to, shows a white Texans player not a black one.
That's pretty much what they do. Take a feature out one year, then put it back, rename it and call it a new feature. Sixty bucks please. I'm surprised they havent gone harder into DLC. For only ten more dollars...the NFC west teams are unlocked!!...
Looks really good
