The lights are on
Sony's Michael Denny casually mentioned the long-in-development racer as coming to PlayStation 3 this year.
Speaking with Silicon Republic, the Sony Computer Entertainment Europe exec included Gran Turismo 6 in a list of games he used to tout the PS3's strong 2013 catalog. "Look at the games coming out on the PlayStation 3 like The Last of Us, Beyond: Two Souls, GT6, and then on the third-party side of things another fantastic Assassin's Creed, GTA," Denny said.
Of course, given developer Polyphony Digital's track record, all plans are subject to even more change than usual in game development. It's been in development at least since 2010, and as recently as last August had Polyphony Digital boss Kazunori Yamauchi deflecting any questions about its release date.

Soul on display...oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo wwwwwwwwwwwwwwooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooaaaaoooooooooooooooooh
I would've thought they would push it and make the game on PS4. I'm sure that would move some units.
Always been a GT fan but they need to wise up with the series. They probably dont want to hear it but they do need to take some pages out of the Forza book. It needs to be quick and easy to get into a race, not going through 3 minutes of loading to find out you have the wrong car. Then going through 3 minutes more of loading to get the correct car only to find out you dont have you have it over tuned and it is too powerful for that particular race.
Keep the top notch racing, add in easy accessibility.
Can't wait to put the pedal to the medal again.
Id prefer to see it as a PS4 launch title, hopefully they improve the menu interface too many sub menus .other than that it was an amazing and deep racing game
Hell yeah! This is awesome!
Good, gives me a reason to keep my steering wheel around.
And I'm a fuzzy elephant named George Tekai.
