The lights are on
Two of the most popular icons of the 16-bit era – Sonic and Mega Man – are coming together in an Archie Comics crossover. While that's enough to get most gamers interested, the slick 16-bit variant cover art is even better.
One of the covers is below, but head over to IGN for the full story and additional art.

Looks quite awesome!
I read the sonic comics and sonic universe. I didn't get into the mega man series though. It's going to be interesting to see these two. Mega man has been out maybe only a year or two.
Epic.
Sure, but where's the love for Dr. Robotnik and his flying soda dispenser?
I wish some of this comics be available in Puerto Rico.
In remembrance of the "good ole days."
HOLY CRAP THIS LOOKS AWESOME!
Odd crossover, but I do see it working.
This looks pretty awesome. I'd definitely buy a copy of this if I see it on a store's shelves. The cover also looks really nice!
Tim is probably losing his mind right now.
That's freaking sweet! I love the 16-bit era artwork!
Yep. I've heard about this for awhile. I really want to read it.
I like the concept of using pixel art for the covers, but when even a quick Google search reveals pixel art of much, much higher quality, I can't help but feel a bit let down, and wonder what sort of cover could have done each series justice.
