The lights are on
Mark Hamill will appear as the Joker in a DC Universe Online expansion, despite saying he was retiring the character back in October on twitter.
It's possible that the dialogue for, "The Last Laugh" DLC may have been recorded before Hamill announced his retirement, but I like to believe that he just couldn't stay away.

Awesome!!
Yeah, I don't think anyone will complain about that.
Haha, guess he just can't quit it. Not that that's a bad thing at all.
You can't have Arkham without Mark Hamill.
liar! but i'm not complaining
I really wish he just came back, because like the article says, he may have done this recording work in advance.
based on how bat the joker in young justice is, we should figure out some kind of eternal life for him.
I'm not gonna complain! Mark Hamill as the Joker is always great. ^_^
Too bad it's for DCU though...
AWESOME
i'm sure it was recorded before the retirement announcement.
