The lights are on
The resume of a programming student lists his participation in focus groups for Mirror's Edge 2 and Battlefield: Bad Company 3.
The resume entry spans 2009-11, and also mentions the upcoming Devil May Cry.
It's hard to know exactly what to make of the fact that EA held these focus groups, as they are used in a range of development situations from the early concept stage to hands-on with control schemes.
In the past, however, EA has not shied away from mentioning both Bad Company 3 and Mirror's Edge 2 specifically.

I can only hope these games actually come out.
I loved BC2, and wanted to love Mirror's Edge, but it gave me motion sickness a couple of times. Or maybe it was too much Red Bull and Dr Pepper...
Somebody might be in trouble for spilling the beans...
That said, YES! BF:BC3 would be most excellent! And Mirror's Edge 2? Grroovay. (Yup, I just said "groovy" ... and "most excellent." Why? I have no idea.)
I still need to play the first Mirror's Edge. I heard it was a good, different take on the FPS.
I would love to see both of those games get developed! Mirror's Edge was very interesting and would love a sequel.
:D I would love to see Mirror's Edge 2! The first one is definitely one of my favorite games to date.
This would we excellent news, both titles I'm hoping for. As I'm getting burnt out on MFPS, I enjoyed chillin' with Bad Company on 1 & 2. The campaign for BF3 wasn't as bad as I expected, but as soon as I started another AC130 mission on MW3 I abruptly ended the campaign.
Mirror's Edge was one of the best games of 2008. I think they should apply the same logic to an FPS. And when I say FPS, I mean first-person Spiderman game.
