The lights are on
In a recent interview, DICE producer Patrick Liu discussed the possibility of a sequel to the free running game. In the full interview over at Spong, Liu was asked if gamers would be receptive to another entry in the series. "Yeah, definitely. I think it’s something that people are ready to get into again." Liu goes on to express his belief that the game has developed a cult following, and that if the team were to build a new game, they'd know how to fix what was broken or disliked about the original. There's been growing buzz in the gaming world about the likelihood of Mirror's Edge 2. Earlier this year, EA Games President Frank Gibeau spoke about the possibility of a sequel. Later in the year, rumors abounded that Mirror's Edge 2 was in production using the Frostbite 2 engine. Our two cents? We would be totally stoked to play another game in the Mirror's Edge universe.

I'll buy this game the day it comes out.
Pleeeeeeeeeease DICE? We all want it. It was already a good game, and you know exactly what to fix, so please? Also, I want to see that city in Frostbite 2. That'll be so beautiful.

I loved Mirror's Edge and would love to see Mirror's Edge 2 happen.
