Not surprising, that is the risk every company takes when they release a new console. It's not like it was going to come out on the Wii anyways, so not a huge loss for Nintendo fans. If they were developing the game before Nintendo made their next generation consoles development kit available, you can't expect them to start over. It sucks, but not much can be done about it.

And this is just the start. When other game developers going tell fans that their game ain't going be on Wii U. Many fans going be pretty upset about it.

Even though I respect EA's wanting to make more money(which bringing the Crysis series to consoles was probably for that reason), Crysis was meant for PC and should have stayed on PC. Any who have played 1 or 2 or both on PC should understand this. Of course this could be the PC gamer in me talking, but honestly after playing this series on PC first, I thought the console versions(I do have a Xbox 360 and Playstation 3) were pretty bad, which was really disappointing considering that the Crysis series is probably my favorite shooter series of this generation.

Somebody just smack talked Nintendo! "As for Wii U, the developer said 'fat chance' for the game coming to Nintendos new console." They just slammed Nintendo in the face!

Ghost Recon Online, Killer Freaks, Alien colonial Marines. As long as those shooters are still on Wii U im okay. Got Crysis 1 & 2 on Ps3 might as well get 3 on Ps3.

well if you look at the roster of games for the wii, there aren't too many mature themed titles. Nintendo has become none for targeting the adolescent demographic, so it would stand to reason that a developer would not want to take a chance on developing a title for console where it runs a good chance of just not selling. That's simply not good business.

How does the tablet even work with FPS games?

When developers say no to a platform, it'd be nice if they would actually explain why they're saying no. Do they think it's not powerful enough? Do they not like working with Nintendo? Would it not be able to release at the same date as the other versions? Give us details, Crytek.

Wow... cold shoulder much? They are just hating on the console. It can definitely handle it, but it's probably the controller input that is holding them back. It's like a normal controller, with a giant screen in the center...

The controller doesn't exactly seem like it would be the best for shooters anyways
