The lights are on
The trial date for the case between Infinity Ward co-founders Jason West and Vince Zampella and Activision will begin on May 29, 2012
The case also includes The Infinity Ward Group, which is suing for unpaid bonuses, and rival Electronic Arts, which Activision claims conspired against them to destroy the Call of Duty franchise.
The original trial date was set for May 7, but was moved back at Activision's request.
A judge recently dismissed one of West and Zampella's two claims.
Should I even be concerned with this case? lol
hopefully this is over
Well, nice to know the case will begin on my birthday I guess...
It's about time they finally have a court date set. I want whoever did wrong to be brought to justice!
Bout time. Hammer Tiem
Finally, maybe this will piss off Activision enough to make them see how bad the MW3 maps have been!
They made the awesome Medal of Honor. Then they broke off and made Infinity Ward and an awesome shooter(cod4) Maybe theyre continuing the cycle and will reinvigorate the fps genre.
Interesting to see where this goes.
EA didn't do anything like that. I don't get why they are suing them. This is a failure and a waste of taxpayer dollars
Oh boy, this is a more epic battle than most Call of Duty games... mainly because it's unpredictable.
conspiracy to "destroy" the Call of Duty franchise? what? Did I miss something
This is a whole soap opera. I'm excited to see how things turn out!
Interested in seeing how this plays out; also, how it affect the IW playlist as well as Activision.
>_> Court case starting on my day of birth...Happy Birth Days for me.
