Neverdead's Second Batch Of DLC Set In A Sewer, Insert Joke Here

Konami has announced that the second batch of Neverdead DLC is now available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game. It offers a new playable character for online mode and three new challenges. It also takes place in a sewer, which is sure to provide plenty of fodder for all the jokesters out there.

The structure pretty much follows that of its predecessor. For about four bucks you get a new character (Chief Sullivan, head of the National Anti-Demon Agency) and a pair of new costumes, as well as new Egg Hunt, Fragile Alliance, and Onslaught levels. This time, though, the levels are set in a sewer. That's probably just an incredible coincidence. Right?

Right?

  • a sewer is suitable for garbage.

  • Neverdead's Second Batch Of DLC Set In A Sewer, where the game truly belongs.

    Sorry. I couldn't help myself.
  • DLC for a game no one bought, interesting.

  • Alright, I've got a question, mainly for the first two posters. Take note that I'm not trying to start a flame war. Anywho, I'm curious. To those that condemn this game, are they doing because of they've played it and know for a fact, or just because a review said it was bad? It seems that most people today don't even give a game a rent to form their own opinions, unless said game has decent reviews. I mean, hell.. take a chance or something. No, I haven't played this game, nor do I have an opinion of it. I just needed to rant. Thanks.
  • so crap games still get DLC??!!and off topic konami is releasing a game called BLADES OF TIME,march 6th.i have seen no coverage on this game from IGN or GI.must be another crapfest.meh....
  • Was this game really that bad? Haven't played it myself, but the whole take your head off and have it crawl around thing sounded cool.
  • I thought the game was a sewer.

  • They would have a better time at it, if they just released the DLC for free. Its a bad game, no one is going to pay for more of it.

  • According to Zeboyd, every game needs their obligatory sewer level.
  • I am just now aware of its existence...

  • I was thinking the same. A sewer suits this game lol. They are really trying to make money with DLC releases. Who would play this game to begin with?

  • Looks like NeverDead will... never be dead.

  • Ha sewer. They got poop in them it's funny cuz poop.

  • As long as Konami is put the money to a new Contra game it is ok.

  • Soooooo baaaaad I rented this from the video store to see how bad it was. Really bad really really bad did mention that this game is bad. It's bad.
  • I find it hard to believe this game sold well with all the poor reviews.  this leads me to believe this "DLC" was already done when the game was released.  I don't see how a company would spend more money on a game that made no money.

  • The guy on the left looks like Frank West, who has been binge drinking for about three days, and then someone handed him a sword and told him to go into the sewers.

  • Who even played this game?

BTW, on the left side, there is an article titled "NeverDead Looks Crazy and We Love It" LOL

  • Haha!

    I get it. . .

  • Maybe its in reverse, and next its goin up the a whole.
