The lights are on
As if we needed more evidence that new consoles from Sony and Microsoft are coming sooner rather than later. The developer behind the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is hiring for a new game on future consoles.
"Bethesda Game Studios is looking for experienced programmers to work on cutting-edge technology for an unannounced game on future-generation consoles," a job posting reads.
To date, Skyrim has shipped 10 million copies worldwide. Parent company ZeniMax Media recently acquired the rights to develop a Fallout MMO title.
Why would we see next generation consoles "sooner rather than later" when the current consoles are selling big.
This is exciting. I want a new Elder Scrolls game with the new systems.
