The lights are on
In a recent interview, DICE producer Patrick Liu discussed the possibility of a sequel to the free running game. In the full interview over at Spong, Liu was asked if gamers would be receptive to another entry in the series. "Yeah, definitely. I think it’s something that people are ready to get into again." Liu goes on to express his belief that the game has developed a cult following, and that if the team were to build a new game, they'd know how to fix what was broken or disliked about the original. There's been growing buzz in the gaming world about the likelihood of Mirror's Edge 2. Earlier this year, EA Games President Frank Gibeau spoke about the possibility of a sequel. Later in the year, rumors abounded that Mirror's Edge 2 was in production using the Frostbite 2 engine. Our two cents? We would be totally stoked to play another game in the Mirror's Edge universe.

This would be fun. Not my favorite game series, but it's definitely the sort of thing I'd pick up once the price dropped.
I can't wait sooooo excited
Mirrors Edge is awesome. I hope they do a sequel.
All I want is to free run through a collapsing building. I think a new Mirror's Edge would be great.
YES! Since I loved the original, I'd probably love a sequal as well! I hope they have some for of multiplayer or co-op though, as well as an open worldish area to practice free running.
HECK YES! PLEASE AND THANK YOU!
that whould be awsome
I would love another Mirror's Edge game.
Let's get it in!
All they have to do is makes it less linear and I'm on board. Also, make actual cutscenes, the comic book thing was ugly in Mirror's Edge. Other than those two issues, I loved the first game.
Mirrors Edge was flawed but I enjoyed it none the less.1 of the most unique 1st person gaming experiences besides Portal 2 that I have played. If the rumors r true edge 2 is on my must play list.
I would really like it if they made a sequel to Mirror's edge, I loved the first one it was a cool change of pace from the current games in the market and it had a really cool design aesthetic.
that would be awesome! Especially if they fixed the server issues plaguing the first one...
I`m gana buy the first game
Mirror's Edge was one of the most refreshing games of this generation and a personal favorite. I wish all games used its run mechanics of acceleration, etc.
I have mirrors edge but havent finished it yet great game very unique ill get around finishing it sooner or later
