First Look At Robin In Batman: Arkham City

As we've reported before, Robin will be playable in Batman: Arkham City as part of a pre-order bonus. Now we have a full body black and white image of the Dark Knight's little buddy and a few more details.

Warner Bros. Interactive confirms that the Robin you see in these images is the Tim Drake version, who took on the role in the comics after Dick Grayson and Jason Todd. The "Tim Drake Robin Pack" will be a pre-order bonus for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC versions of the game at Best Buy.

The pack will include two bonus challenge maps -- Black Mask Hideout and Freight Train Escape -- and players will be able to use Robin on all challenge maps in the game. Robin will have "his own unique gadgets and special moves," according to a Warner Bros. press release.

In addition to the Robin look below, Tim Drake can also don the Red Robin costume that he currently wears in the comics today. Check out a non-game look at that costume at the very bottom of the story.

even though it's not true to the comics, i think they did the best they could to modernize dorky ol' Robin. I am little worried he's resembling too much like Chris O'Donnell from Batman & Robin. Maybe bring back some of the hair?

I'm interested that they chose Tim Drake since Damian Wayne is the current Robin in the comics. Anyway, I like the buzz cut. It fits with the Arkham universe.
