Report: Sonic Generations Also Spin Dashing To 3DS and PC
Previous coverage for Sega’s upcoming old-meets-new Sonic Generations title has only covered Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions. According to an earnings report by Sega, additional iterations could be heading to Nintendo’s new 3D handheld and the PC.
These new versions haven’t been officially confirmed by Sega, and we’ll have to chalk it up as a rumor until then. If true, that would put Sonic’s latest adventure on course for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, 3DS, and PC releases. No Wii, hmm? Why would Sega pass on the Wii when it’s released games like Sonic Unleashed, Sonic Colors, and Sonic and the Black Knight for the console? This editor thinks it could have something to do with Sonic Generations arriving on Nintendo’s upcoming console in addition to the 3DS and PC versions.
