Namco Bandai Teases Changes For Ridge Racer Unbounded

Namco Bandai is promising the next installment of Ridge Racer will take the series in a new direction. What direction would that be? One where you smash a lot of cars.

Namco Bandai has released very little information for the game, and the trailer below doesn't add much. In fact, the game's first trailer released back in February contained more substance. It appears that developer Bugbear Entertainment is looking to add some Burnout action to the Ridge Racer series, but we'll have to wait to find out: Ridge Racer Unbounded is currently slated for a 2012 release, on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
