The lights are on
A few months ago, we picked who we'd like to star in the rumored Mass Effect movie. Now we're hearing rumblings of a Hollywood take on Rockstar's western epic Red Dead Redemption. Rumors would place Brad Pitt in the role of John Marsten, but we have our own picks for RDR on the big screen. Take a look.

Bonnie MacFarlane - Naomi Watts (King Kong, Mulholland Drive)
Nigel West Dickens - Brian Doyle Murray (Ghostbusters, Caddyshack, Groundhog Day, pretty much everything else his brother was in)

I'd be interested to know if any of these characters were actually based on the people y'all suggested. It's not like it's out of the ordinary for a developer to base their character's appearance on a famous actor (all of the metal gear solid games, for example). Especially Sam Elliot, they're the same freaking guy!
Viggo Mortensen may be more appropriate for the role, but I love Sean Bean! I'm not really for the creation of a movie based on a game that's so cinematic and immersive an experience, but hell, if Sean Bean's in it, I'd watch it.
