The lights are on
These Mass Effect costumes -- debuted at San Diego Comic Con’s annual Masquerade event -- will either inspire fans of cosplay to take their craft to the next level or give up entirely after being recovering from a wash of shame. I mentioned this crew on this week's episode of the Game Informer Show, but now I've found some video of their exploits.I could go into detail about the costumes and how the process included extensive armor fabrication and animatronics, or you could watch their skit below. Enjoy.
uhh.. Ms Shepard looks a little stiff :(
I'm no cosplayer but those are awsome
Actually I think they kinda suck.
I'm no Mass Effect player, or cosplayer, but those are cool. Costumes this detailed require way too much effort. I'd run out of give-a-*** after about fifteen minutes.
this brings me joy. especially since Mass Effect is my favorite series this gen! and the Grunt outfit is so freaking awesome!
pretty neat...nicely done...
Those look really well done, though Wrex looks weird when he's not hunched over.
Only outfit I liked was the Grunt. It was so unique and awesome.
Tali's head looks crushed or somthing idk. like she cant turn her neck
The Talia and Krogan ones are rad!
The costumes were awesome! Trust me, i walked by one of them!...starred in awe....
Needz moar Garrus. Nonetheless, these are pretty awesome.
Picking the two best squad mates with a FemShep, autowin. Looks phenomenal.
FemShep looks like she has a stick up her ass... She's walking around retardedly... Her costume is ok. Illusive Man is meh. Tali's is good, and the Wrex costume is amazing.
I'm on the crying with shame side. I may have to go home and burn my copy of the ME2.
Or just watch the cinematic trailer for redemption.
IM no cosplay either, but I do think that grunts back hump was a little to short and his head to small, tali looked little more squat, and for shepard, they could neveer find anyone to play as the male version, because no one exists that could imitate him.
