The lights are on
On top of creating an entirely new campaign and new multiplayer units for Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm, Blizzard has to monitor and tweak the heavily-played Wings of Liberty multiplayer balance. Starcraft II production director Chris Sigaty says that the team has learned a number of lessons from their experience with Wings of Liberty that they plan on implementing in Heart of the Swarm.
