The lights are on
We sat down to play the newly released Killzone 3 using Sony's motion controller. Watch the full video, complete with our editors' commentary track. Killzone 3 is the best installment yet from Sony's exclusive shooter franchise. For many gamers, we figure this could be the game that helps decide if you want to make the plunge and purchase the Move and its related accessories. To help you make the decision, we went through and played a hefty chunk of the game using the new controller. We chose a section of the game that shows off some of the high and low points of playing the game this way. Among the best are rail shooting sequences and traditional combat, while the controller suffers a little bit with precision shooting, like sniper sequences. Bryan Vore and I provide commentary throughout the video, which you can watch below.

But seriously, I have been looking for more Killzone 3 move info. Thanks GI.
i actually have got this setup, even with the sharp shooter, while i could carle less about the gun perif, i think it plays beautifully with the move controller. makes it feel more natural. all in all im liking it alot, and im not even big on the killzone franchize

That's kind of impressive. Still not a fan of motion controls, but nothing at all, until now, has gotten me to see motion controls as a valid option for hardcore games.
I might check this game out, probably not with Move.
Mods, if you ever do anything other than stroke each other in the forums, BOZO this Christian B already!
Not enough of a draw for me to think about buying a move, but still interesting to see anyways. Definitely need to check out killzone 3 though
I want to buy this game but i cant becaus i have an xbox so i want to buy a ps3 for this game and uncharted 2
looks ike mindless shooting. FPS are trash
You guys talked the whole time about the move controls being easier for playing, and I kinda disagree. There is a setting for motion controls in the menu that allows you to turn off the function that snaps to enemies. Turning that off makes it way more fun and challenging. It should also be noted that while it may be difficult to snipe with move controls, as I learned in MAG, but when you add the sharpshooter into the equation it becomes much easier and natural.
I wish anyone who is skeptical about move controls could play killzone 3 with the sharpshooter. It is truly an epic experience. I haven't had this much fun in a video game since I was just a kid playing 007 Golden eye.
