  • Aight, with a new Monster Hunter this place will get more use. Things will stay mostly the same, save for the discord server integration. We will be posting the hunts schedule here as usual, but also in a Discord chat. If you haven't used Discord before it is very easy and simple to use messaging software that does not require a download. It is also how we voice chat. I reccomend the discord channel personally but you can still talk and find out when hunts are happening here. on 11 Jul 2016 12:50 AM

  • I have been enjoying this book Fahrenheit 451, being the only book that took my attention away from games and my computer! I really enjoy the setting, the character Montag and I just love Bradbury's writing! Every other author or book just made reading for me a challenge more than an enjoyment. I especially dislike Stephen King's work, really don't know why people liked him so much. He just dragged on, mostly off topic, about things that just didn't appeal to the story in any way. I like an author that gives a well explained description and makes it interesting to read more about how he describes a room. It almost makes me want to see more of Ray's work now. on 25 May 2017 4:07 AM

  • How's everyone enjoying Persona 5? Are what other games are you currently playing? I still have a large backlog and I keep buying new games... after Fire Emblem Echoes, I think I'll stop purchasing new ones for a while. Go through the rest of my PS3 games that my brother gave me, and then borrow from his PS4 library. Hope everyone's having a great Spring so far. on 20 Apr 2017 12:40 PM

  • I think perhaps the saddest thing about the rise of gaming in youth culture is youtube. These youtubers impress upon these young gamers that games are exclusively a social experience. • Yeah, I'm leaving until this is over. That article wasn't neutral. Look at what it was encouraging, for people to not be part of Gamergate, an outcome that would clearly benefit Anti-Gamergate. It also pushed the fake narrative of Gamergate being a hatemob. Anyone who says this has clearly not actually bothered to look into Gamergate. If lone trolls represent an entire movement, then anti-Gamergate is evil incarnate.  This is the violence moral panic all over again, exact same tactics. So this is goodbye for now, I've learned how to tell when I'm not welcome anymore. At least until this issue is over, which probably won't be anytime soon. on 20 Oct 2014 5:24 PM
  • I can't take all these Andromeda memes, they're just too hilarious.  I'm glad it was a dumpster fire of a game at this point, at least I can point and laugh at Bioware for their ineptitude rather than be bored by bland mediocrity. on 20 Mar 2017 11:44 PM
