  • Morning Routine: Almost every-time I wake up in my bed, two thoughts pop up in my head. 1st thought: “I did not get enough sleep”. 2nd thought: “Man, what am I doing today?” I have a really soft and big bed so getting outta bed isn’t exactly easy. I eventually roll outta my bed and head to the shower (fanservice, baby). After the shower, I brush my teeth and other stuff. I throw on some clothes then I look at myself in the mirror to make sure I look good. I don’t eat breakfast everyday but I eat it when I can. I check my phone for text messages/calls and load up this site and other sites just to see if anything happened while I was sleep. And then my day starts!!!! I’m outta there and my day begins! I feel like I’m forgetting some other stuff I usually do in the morning but I’ll post if I remember. on 30 Mar 2015 8:50 AM
  • I should write a blog about the tightest budgets in games. Battlefield 3's sliced grenade-launcher cross-hair would be a perfect example; they were already past their budget, which is why they could only afford half of a cross-hair. on 19 Jan 2014 9:30 PM
  • It was 50 today, so I finally went outside to trim and cut down the hedges. It was going really well when I broke the lopper... Well. it was actually the bolt that held the lopper together. It wasn't  closing, so I kept trying and then I hear a crack and could move it again. So I clip a part and I hear clanging and it falls apart. So then my dad and I took an hour finding washers, bolts, and nuts trying to fix it. We eventually did, and then took a few more minutes to modify it even more and make it even better than it was originally. I only finished one of the two hedges, but it felt really good to get outside and do something. Hopefully I'll be able to do the other one on Thursday, and then we can pull the roots out on Friday. Now it's time to eat and then hopefully play the new game my dad got : www.cryptozoic.com/.../dc-comics-deck-building-game-forever-evil And maybe some time for Persona 3 later. on 30 Mar 2015 4:40 PM

  • Sucked back into Dark Souls 1. Loving/hating it. I am very eager to play the new gen sequel in April. Those of you PS4 owners will no doubt be playing Bloodborne. Lucky bastards. I kinda wish I was cool enough to have played Demon Souls and my Dark Souls journey would be better if I even played 1 before 2. Oh well grateful to GI staff and community for turning me onto one of my now favorite series/genres/developers. I am preparing to die each day I live. on 18 Mar 2015 1:16 PM

  • Is the Kinect-less Xbox One really that great for the long term? Time will tell, but they've really lost a key differentiating factor that I've heard many praise, and now any potential invention in the motion control space is truly effed. The One's Kinect was super advanced and had huge potential, but no dev will gamble on an optional device that won't guarantee a compatible audience. Cliff Bleszinski once said that if MS sucked up the bad press and slower sales of the online dependent version for a couple of years, they would be reaping the benefits of a future-proofed platform in the long run. After all, Sony sold PS3s at a loss for 4 years, but they turned it around by adding to the platform, not reigning things in out of denial. They grew the services until they were attractive and patiently watched the cost go down. I wonder if Microsoft even knows where they're going anymore. on 13 May 2014 11:38 AM
  • I just picked up Pikmin 3, and I'm a die hard fan for Pikmin, and I can't get my game to work. I tried the update and all that happens is that it sticks on the load screen (3 Pikmin standing on a branch with a black circle surrounding). I want to play the game, I'm absolutely dieing. If my game disc doesn't work I literally might cry, I wait 8 years and this is how I'm treated universe :( on 4 Aug 2013 2:34 PM
  • I can't tell if the future is gonna be Equilibrium without the cool stuff or Wall-E without the cool stuff. Everyones offended and being taught to neglect primal instincts and at the same time everyones getting lazier and dumberrer. on 30 Mar 2015 5:34 PM
