I'm a casual gamer. I enjoy mostly action games including shooters, but have recently been involved with RPGs like Skyrim, and during the school year, I choose to only play on weekends. Grades come first. However, in the summer and on weekends, i go nuts. I play for six to seven hours straight, sometimes longer. I prefer games to be action heavy, but at the same time, have a good story. I'm not a huge horror fan, but i enjoy Dead Space and Left 4 Dead. Not a fan of racing either, the only racing games i ever liked were Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, Burnout: Revenge, and Split/Second.
Favorite Games (not in order): Skyrim, Left 4 Dead 2, Dead Space 1 and 2, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1, Bully, Red Dead Redemption, Dragon Age 2, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Battlefield 3, Assassin's Creed 1, 2, Brotherhood, and Revelations, Halo 1, 2, 3, and Reach, Killzone 3, Army of Two 1 and The 40th Day, Rainbow Six: Vegas 2, Mortal Kombat: Deception and 2011, Sly Cooper 1, 2, and 3, Batman: Arkham Asylum and City, Fable 1 and 2, Call of Duty Black Ops: Zombies, and Soul Calibur 4.
Been a while. Things have updated. My newer favorite games include Splinter Cell: Conviction and Blacklist, Payday 2, L.A. Noire, and Dishonored.
Least Favorite Games: Fable 3 (I *** HATED IT SO MUCH), Call of Duty: Black Ops multiplayer (MW2 was so much better), Fallout 3 (it's just overwhelming what to do and there's absolutely no direction that the game takes you in, even though i love the mythos of the game), and Dante's Inferno (Flat-out God of War ripoff with worse mechanics and unforgivably bad graphics and *** puzzles that are either too easy or stupid and pointless).
Last of Us isn't necessarily bad... but it was disappointing. To be blunt, the ending sucks balls. A complete exercise in futility is what the game ends up being.
Assassin's Creed 3 was a huge piece of ***. A complete clusterfuck. Destroyed everything that made the series good. Didn't play 4. Lost too much faith in the series.
Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time was hugely disappointing. It was just boring to play. I didn't care about the characters. The game somehow managed to make me hate Sly and Carmelita's chemistry. What a *** up.
