  • It seems people don't realize that Skyrim was in development for less than 2 years. Not 3.5 like Statistic brain says. They started working on the engine after Fallout 3, and weren't done until middle or late 2009.  You also have to factor in when the game goes gold and some other stuff. In other words, Skyrim had around the same dev time as New Vegas. on 4 Apr 2014 12:57 PM

  • Please don’t let a review score of a game influence if you should play a game or not. Just don’t. There’s just too many games out there that offer amazing experiences that got awful and average scores. Think about your favorite game and imagine if there was multiple review scores trashing/disliking the game. OR maybe there was a game you was interested in but you didn’t play it cuz you allowed a video game journalist discourage you from trying the game. I mean... review scores for games are nice to glance at but I never let them determine what I play. YET AT THE SAME TIME... I totally understand that a good review score for a game you like or is interested in can be nice. I totally get that. Just make sure you play games that you are interested in. :) on 25 Apr 2014 12:01 AM
